When it comes to dog walking and pet sitting services, clients usually have a lot of questions but find answers difficult to come by. This is why we have answered some of the most frequently asked questions about dog walking and pet sitting services

Our sitters and dog walkers are trained in first aid and will follow your instructions for further treatment if necessary. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately call and notify you. In the original consultation, we ensure that we have all the family emergency contact details. If veterinary assistance is needed, we will take your dog to your named vet or, depending on the circumstances, to the nearest possible one.
Our clients place a high level of trust in our service and at no stage are any risks taken with animals or property. All keys are left in a sercure area and are never identifiable by any kind of tag or names.
Dogs need more than half an hour to burn off energy. We offer 30 minute or 60 minute walks.
The time your dog spends with our dog walkers can have a big impact on their behaviour so we make sure your dog is happy and enjoys their time with us. We also offer basic training while on walks so they enjoy their walks more.
No, the majority of our clients are happy for us to hold keys for them which enables us to collect and drop of your dog while you’re not at home. All keys are kept in a secure location and will never be marked with anything other than the name of your dog.
Dogs have more fun if they can play and interact with other dogs. Our groups are kept small with groups of up to a maximum 6 dogs per person. Group are carefully selected with breed, age, sex and personality in mind and can be discussed with the owner beforehand.
Absolutely. We are very happy to offer ad-hoc walks and we are very flexible when it comes to booking. A text, email or phone call the day before will ensure a walk is booked or cancelled.
Yes. I am HH&CC staff are fully insured and CRB checked. They also all undergo an extensive in house training programme.
We are very flexible when it comes to bookings and 24hrs notice will ensure there is no cancellation fee.
No. We invoice in arrears and send invoices at the end of the month for that months walks. We accept payment by credit or debit card, bank transfer and direct debit.
